Aurore Donald, Director & Founder of Miro Talent Search has over a decade’s experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategy plans. During this time, she has successfully developed a global resourcing model for a multinational organisation and delivered the best talents from across France, Germany, UK and the BeNeLux. She has led global search campaigns for executive and senior management recruitment for technology, consultancies and start-up companies.
Throughout her career, Aurore has lived and worked in three different European countries but also in Hong Kong where she was responsible for leading global recruitment project delivery across the region within Finance and Technology for Accenture Consulting.
Aurore is a native French speaker and fluent in English and can confidently navigate between the nuances in each culture. She interacts with clients and candidates across cultures to form long-term successful business relationships. Experienced in managing local/international assignments focusing on “best in class” talent, Aurore is goal-oriented with high-energy levels and is well-respected for her tenacity, passion and determination. Her deeper softer skills assessments and intuitive nature enable clients to recruit the right talents for their business.
Aurore holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management – This academic achievement has shaped her vision of business and cultural differences and how they interact in a globalised world.
